CO Wildlife

Okay, so Mike and I went driving one evening this weekend up into the foothills. Mike is driving along pointing out good trails for me to take the dogs hiking when a young black bear crosses the road in front of us. We get to watch him for a bit before he climbs up a tree, then back down and runs off into the forest. It was so cool. Now since I have been in CO I have seen prairie dogs, marmots, elk, a moose, and now a bear. And I don't mean in a cage. How cool is that!?!
